1.3 Photos and Camera Access
The App requests permission to access your camera and photo library to allow you to:
- Upload reference photos for your nail appointments
- Take photos directly within the app for appointment requests
We only access photos you explicitly choose to share. We do not access your entire photo library without your permission.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery: To process and manage your appointment bookings
- Communication: To send appointment confirmations, reminders, status updates, and respond to your inquiries

3. Data Storage and Security
3.1 Firebase Services
We use Google Firebase services to store and process your data, including:
- Firebase Authentication: For secure user login and account management
- Cloud Firestore: For storing user profiles, bookings, messages, and app data
- Firebase Storage: For storing uploaded photos (with 10MB size limit per file)
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: For sending push notifications

3.2 Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including:

- Firestore security rules to prevent unauthorized access
However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- With Salon Administrators: Your booking details and contact information are shared with authorized salon staff to manage your appointments

5.1 Access and Control

- Update: Modify your profile information at any time within the App
- Delete: Request account deletion (contact us at the email below)
- Export: Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Opt-Out: Disable push notifications in your device settings
5.2 Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account:
- Your profile and personal information are permanently deleted
- Past appointment history is retained for business records (anonymized)
- Uploaded photos are permanently deleted from Firebase Storage

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us.
7. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States where Firebase servers are located. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using our App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations.

Our App may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Instagram profiles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings without affecting other app functionality.
